Mc Coggins (Sometimes called Mr. Mc Coggins) is a panther who is the mayor in Tickety Town, he loves to fix things and uses his prized tools like his "Number 7 Hammer" and his "Ding Dong 300". He also loves to invent things such as the "Cloud Maker" and the "Big Bubble Wand" that makes big bubbles.
